Google Apps for Education Basics: How to Start Using Google AppsParticipants will learn the basics of Google Apps in Education. Google Apps is an online set of tools that allow users to create, edit, share, and collaborate on documents, sites, calendars, maps, and much more.
Each session will cover:
-How to access Google Apps for Education in DPS
-The a brief overview of the tools included in the Google Apps suite- Gmail, Docs, Sites, and Calendar
-Where to see what apps are enabled and disabled for you and your students
-How to edit and share documents

Doctopus is a free script that allows teachers to distribute and collect students assignments in Google Drive.
