REQUIRED TASK (1)
Spin the wheel below (view in Safari).  Whichever "major concept" the wheel lands on, navigate to the "major concept" within Destination Success by using THIS resource (computer login is your username and password) and choose an activity that includes the "major concept".  Enter the activity you discovered in Destination Success along with the module and your name in the form below labeled ASSESSMENT #1.

REQUIRED TASK (2)
If you are not logged in, please do so and navigate to the Tutorial section of the screen (review video below).  Review Destination Math Concepts and choose your relative grade level.  Once the lessons have been completed in the tutorial, take the test at the end of the completed lessons.   Make sure you note your score, your goal is to achieve 75% or more correct answers, you will see this information again.

REQUIRED TASK (3)
Assign an activity to a student.  The following are the steps on how to assign an activity to a student.  Once logged in.....
Select Activities.
Select the Assign tab
From the relevant folder in the Activities column, select an activity.
From the Assign to: column, select the appropriate class.
Please note: if selecting multiple students within classes, please wait for the tree to refresh after one selection before selecting another student otherwise only the last selection will remain and you will lose your previous selections.
Click Next.
Enter the appropriate settings for the activity
Note: blue asterisks "*" are required fields.
Click Assign.
A confirmation message appears: "The activity has been assigned. Do you want to assign another activity?"
Select Yes to assign another activity, or No to complete the task and return to the main Activities window.  After you have completed the above instructions, complete ASSESSMENT #3 to complete this module.  
Once you have completed the assignment take a SCREENSHOT of the assigned tasks and submit the picture to the link below in ASSESSMENT #3, Good Luck!
