When will I start receiving my Usage Reports and Statistics?

Approximately 1 month to 60 days after the initial zScaler deployment, the zScaler administration team will begin design and development of the usage reports for the Technology Champions and their respective locations. These reports will allow the reviewer to analyze Internet and compliance usage at their locations and make educated decisions and policies based upon factual and real time statistics. These reports are extremely helpful in determining productivity loss and misuse.

The Reports can be scheduled and emailed are requested intervals. To request reporting for your location, please submit a Help Desk ticket with the subject line of “zScaler Reporting Request”.

The zScaler Admin team will then contact you and get details from you as to the reporting schedule, content and recipients of future reports.  Specific user reports can also be generated on a case by case scenario. To request a user-based report, please submit a Help desk ticket with the subject line of “zScaler Request for Specific User Report”. As stated before, the zScaler Admin team will then contact you and get details from you as to the reporting date range, user and recipients of the report.
