The DPS Exceptional Children's Department Presents...
Goal Book Professional Development - August 2015!
 Area 1 EC Teachers and Central Office staff members participated in a full day of interactive instruction and discussions at Hope Valley Elementary School's Media Center.  The morning session was focused on Planning Instruction and IEPs with the Common Core. 
The afternoon session was directed at Identifying Strategic Goals based on Present Levels of Academic Achievement and FunctionalPerformance (PLAAFP) in Reading.

Thank you to all the EC teachers and staff who participated in this professional development opportunity! The Area 1 schools represented were: Club Boulevard, WG Pearson Elementary, Eno Valley, Easley, Mangum, Burton, Sandy Ridge, Eastway, Parkwood, Shepard, & Bethesda.
